HOPE_LOOP_BLOUSE

HOPE_LOOP_BLOUSE is a simple and timeless raglan piece, developed in collaboration with Kræftens Bekæmpelse (The Danish Cancer Society). The design combines clean lines with lovely ribbing details and narrow stripes, which give a discrete but characteristic appearance. The blouse has a classic fit with around neck, straight body and narrow sleeves, with a slight way – a wardrobe favorite that you will turn to time and time again. 

The blouse is worked from top to bottom, starting with the neck. Short rows shape the neck and create a beautiful fit. The yoke is worked in the round with raglan increases. Then the sleeves are separated from the body, and the sleeves are worked in the round individually. Narrow stripes are worked throughout the entire piece.

The blouse’s circumference is: 97 (103) 108 (114) 123 (129) cm.Length: 49 (50) 51 (52) 53 (54) cm, measured from under the neckband mid-back.

The blouse has positive ease of approx. 15 cm. Choose a size with approx. 15 cm extra width/circumference in relation to your own chest circumference. The positive ease becomes gradually less for the larger sizes.

4 mm circular needles (40, 60 and/or 80/100 cm).
3.5 mm circular needles (40 60 and/or 80 cm), possibly DPNs in the same size, unless using Magic Loop method. 

Gauge_
20 stitches x 30 rows in stockinette on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
