SWIRL_LOOP_BEANIE

SWIRL_LOOP_BEANIE is worked from bottom to top. First stitches are casted on with Italian cast on, and double knitting is worked to give the beanie a nice, rounded edge. Then the beanie is worked in the round in ribbing, and decreases are made at the end to shape the top.

Recommended needles_
3.5 mm circular needles (40 cm) and DPNs in the same size, or 80 cm circular needles, if using Magic Loop method for the top of the hat. 

Gauge_
25 stitches x 27 rows in ribbing (k1, p1) on 3.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm after washing and blocking.
